connect in grace

Faith is a journey; a journey that begins in a relationship of grace with God the Father and grows in relationships of grace with our brothers and sisters in Christ. For it is in relationship with God that we learn His will for our lives and it is through our relationships with each other that we learn just how far we must travel to arrive there ... and never alone.

Sunday Mornings at College Church

"We stand and lift up our hands ... for the joy of the LORD is our strength. We bow down and worship Him now ... how great, how awesome is He. Together we sing ... Holy is the Lord!" -- Chris Tomlin

From September through June, a similar Bible teaching is presented at each of our two worship gatherings, reflecting the different styles and traditions of our interdenominational congregation, unified in faith in Christ. Please join us.

  • 9:00 A.M. Worship Service
A blended gathering for those whose preference is a more conventional style of worship, with a mix of ancient hymns and more contemporary praise songs.
  • 11:00 A.M. The Gathering
A less formal feel but a serious attitude of worship through a more progressive style of singing and praise.

Worship Gatherings

Yet a time is coming and has now come when the true worshipers will worship the Father in spirit and in truth, for they are the kind of worshipers the Father seeks. God is spirit, and His worshipers must worship in spirit and in truth. -- John 4:23 - 24

We meet together on Sunday mornings to worship God together. Worship is a tangible response to the LORD, which reflects humility, faith and love for God, and which involves the person's heart and soul and mind and body. At College Church, we really want to help each other to cultivate a lifestyle of worship, and on Sundays we steal away to worship God together in ways that involve things like praying together, learning together, and even singing to God together. God gave us music and song. And when God's Spirit takes the words and lights a fire in our hearts, the act of singing, for many, becomes a significant expression of their deepest love and holiest desire for God to have their all, no holds barred.
